Turmus'aya (ترمسعيّا) is located in the Ramallah/Al-Bireh region of central Palestine.

• In 1517, it was incorporated into the Ottoman Empire with the rest of Palestine.
• The town is 720 m above sea level.
• Its surrounding villages are Sinjil and Khirbet Abu Falah.
• Archaeological excavations have unveiled remnants of a Roman-era settlement, including ancient tombs, cisterns, and stone structures.
• It played a significant role during the Palestinian Revolt of 1936-1939 against British colonial rule.
